Araldite Attains Rail Fire Safety Standards

Huntsman are happy to announce that Araldite® 2015-1, Araldite® 2051 and Araldite® 2023-60 have been tested and now conform to hazard level HL3 requirements, Class R1 and R7, according to the European Railway Fire Protection Standard EN 45545-2.

The EN 45545-2 Standard covers passenger safety regarding fires on trains; ensuring that Araldite® 2015-1, Araldite® 2051 and Araldite® 2023-60 comply with the strictest fire safety standards within the railway industry.
