INTERNAL SALES REPRESENTATIVE

We are looking for an experienced Inside Sales Representative to support our sales team.

The Inside Sales Representative will monitor sales metrics, support and motivate the sales team to achieve specific goals. They will collaborate with various professionals, so it’s essential that they have excellent communication skills and feel comfortable working in a team environment.

 

Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain CRM (Dynamics365) according to the company standards
  • Research accounts and identify key players (prospecting)
  • Maintain and expand company’s database of prospects
  • Source new sales opportunities, arrange customer calls and emails
  • Understand customer needs and requirements
  • Route qualified leads to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure
  • Track targets for your team
  • Support department projects to meet deadlines
  • Use team feedback to generate new ideas (markets, products, …)
  • Build an open-communication environment
  • Liaise with Marketing and Product Development departments to ensure brand consistency and increase sales

Requirements and skills

  • Proven work experience as an Inside sales
  • Hands on experience with CRM software and Office365
  • In-depth understanding of the sales administration process
  • Excellent interpersonal and team management skills
  • Strong analytical and organisational skills
  • Numerical abilities and problem-solving attitude
  • BSc degree in Sales, Business Administration or relevant field
