Permabond 712 Water-resistant Cyanoacrylate

Permabond 712 is a low viscosity, solvent-free cyanoacrylate adhesive with a unique resistance underwater or in hot and wet conditions. It provides high adhesion performance on a variety of substrates including metals, plastics and rubbers.

Permabond 712 Water-resistant Cyanoacrylate:

Permabond 712 is a low viscosity, water-resistant cyanoacrylate adhesive which can pass stringent 85/85 automotive ageing tests. Once cured, 712 has outstanding resistance underwater, as well as when used in hot and humid conditions. This is fairly unique amongst cyanoacrylates and the first of its kind in the Permabond product range.

  • Good water and heat resistance (maintaining 80% strength after 100 hours at 120°C on mild Steel and can even endure brief periods at 150°C)
