Permabond 792 is a fast curing, low-viscosity, low-fog, quick-cure solvent-free instant adhesive suitable for acidic, chrome, galvanized, porous materials, wood, paper, cardboard, cork, foam, leather and textile surfaces.

Permabond 792 is a general-purpose cyanoacrylate. These adhesives are very useful due to their speed of curing, mechanical and chemical resistance, variety and ease of use. They allow the instantaneous union of different materials. Permabond Cyanoacrylates are a versatile solution for manufacturing and assembling the most demanding applications.

Work Methods

  • Wear protective gloves.
  • Clean the surfaces with a suitable solvent (for example acetone or Permabond CLEANER A ).
  • Apply the adhesive in a thin layer on one of the parts to be joined, (use sparingly, an excess of adhesive can generate unwanted effects).
  • Assemble the joint and keep it compressed until the handling time is reached.
  • Remember to cover the adhesive to avoid contamination and drying of the adhesive.
  • Any excess adhesive can be removed with Permabond Cleaner A solvent, nitromethane or acetone.

  • Simply have the surface clean before dispensing the adhesive
