Dowsil EE-3200 is a silicone elastomer bicomponent very low viscosity and hardness to minimise the generation of internal stresses, fill small gaps and improve the manufacturing speed for complex electronic devices and bulky.

DOWSIL™ EE-3200 Low Stress Silicone Encapsulant

Dowsil EE-3200 combines the low-stress properties of a gel with the thermal conductivity of an encapsulant.

It has been successfully tested in solar power inverters, where it offers the best protection of sensitive components against repeated mechanical and thermal stress, as well as humidity and other punitive environmental factors.
