Araldite 2011 is a slow set/slow cure, multipurpose, two component, room temperature epoxy gel/paste adhesive of high strength and toughness. This adhesive has the capabilities to bond a wide variety of metals, ceramics, glass, rubber and rigid plastics and most other materials in common use.
Araldite 2011 is a versatile, structural adhesive that bonds a wide range of materials.
Properties include electrically insulating, high performance, long working life and excellent resistance to dynamic loading. Araldite offers us a multi-purpose adhesive for bonding ferrous metals, aluminium, copper, zinc, brass, galvanised metal and a range of plastics.
The product cures at temperatures from 20 to 180°C. The shear and peel strengths of this compound are high with excellent resistance to static. When mixing, the epoxy adhesive temperatures should be above 18°C. The usable life for this material is 12 months. The product is available in neutral and pale yellow.
