The MG Chemicals 8349TFM is a high-performing, flame retardant, thermally conductive adhesive. This off-grey, smooth paste adheres well to a wide variety of surfaces, forming a highly durable bond upon curing. It’s a 2-part 1-1 epoxy system, making it easy to mix and apply, and cures to form a hard, robust polymer, thermally conductive, yet electrically insulating.
