OSIXO® ME-99A UV is successfully used to eliminate noise in the vehicle interior. The air-drying lubricant has a low coefficient of friction independent of temperature. OSIXO® ME-99A UV is water-based and NMP-free.
OSIXO® ME-99A UV is a transparent lubricating film, detectable under UV lights thanks to a UV tracer and has excellent noise reduction properties. A transparent antifriction varnish, ME-99A UV has a low adhesion factor and can be applied in a wide range of temperatures and is suitable for numerous material combinations.
OSIXO® ME-99A excels at eliminating squeaks and rattles arising from contact between various components. This makes it particularly useful for automotive interiors in silencing unwanted ambient noise from dashboards to door panels, seats, and trims. OSIXO® ME-99A also extends to similar applications across transportation such as trains, trams, and other vehicles.
