Krytox 1506 Vacuum Pump Fluids are used in applications where conventional vacuum pump oils cause safety, maintenance and waste issues.
Krytox™ VPF 1506 Vacuum Pump Fluids is used in applications where conventional oils cause safety, waste and high maintenance problems. They are not flammable and therefore reduce the possibility of fire in the pumps. They are nonreactive and are safe in oxygen systems. They can replace any competing PFPE fluid as well as any other type of vacuum fluid.
Krytox™ fluids do not contain acetal groups, which are susceptible to attack by Lewis acids. This gives Krytox™ superior stability as a vacuum pump fluid. Krytox vacuum fluids are precision lubricated to provide low vapour pressures and superior performance. Furthermore, Krytox™ fluids are recyclable.
