Krytox™ GPL 105 Performance Lubricant

Krytox™ GPL 105  is a perfluorinated lubricating oil that has a viscosity of 160 cSt at 40 ° C. Ideally formulated for application in Gaskets (O-rings), Shock Absorbers, Molding Injectors and Electrical Components, among others. The estimated useful temperature range is -36 ° C to 204 ° C.

Krytox™ GPL 105 Performance Lubricant

Krytox™ GPL 105 absence of hydrogen greatly increases the stability of the lubricant and makes it flammable. It will not burn or support combustion, even in a 100% liquid or gaseous oxygen environment. GPL 105 lubricating oil is not only oxygen resistant but also inert for virtually all chemicals used in a variety of industries. It is insoluble in most solvents, but it is soluble in highly fluorinated fluids and in some super-critical fluids, such as CO2.
