Introducing the MG Chemicals 4223F – a premium polyurethane conformal coating designed to offer top-tier protection for your circuit boards. This one-part, heat curing, thermoset urethane (UR) conformal coating is UL 746E and IPC-CC-830B certified. It cures to a durable, flexible, scratch resistant and smooth finish. In addition, it’s incredibly easy to apply and can be ready for handling in just 15 minutes. It fully cures in a mere 2 hours at 100 °C (212 °F). Removal is also simple with appropriate strippers, or it can be soldered through for repair or rework.
The MG Chemicals 4223F is considered one of the best conformal coatings available for protecting circuit boards in chemically challenging environments. It provides hard-wearing protection against a variety of harmful factors such as moisture, fungus, dirt, dust, thermal shock, abrasion, short circuit, high-voltage arcing, and static discharge.
